• Write down what you want to say
• If needed, take some photos (or ask Geoff to take photos)
• Agree choice of email addresses

• Recommend a choice of suitable Web Hosts
• Register the Web Site name for you
• Set up Email addresses and redirection (if necessary)
• Create the first version of the website, send you ‘proofs’ of each page and later a working offline site
• Upload the Web Site when the layout has been agreed
• Identify keywords from the web pages and submit the site to the search engines
