Backing up all the user data.

Reloading the operating system

Reloading the users programs (disks must be available)

Please note that:

We can reload the following operating systems (with a valid operating system key): Windows 98SE, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7.

The charge for reloading the operating system assumes that the work is done in our workshop because it is cheaper: the process takes a number of hours with short periods of manual intervention.
|
|
|
Our aim is that you receive back a working computer with all your user data (files) restored. A backup of your data on CD/DVD can be made for a supplementary charge.
|
|
|
The backup will be deleted when you are satisfied that all your data has been restored.
