Do you need help to understand how to use the hardware or software in your PC?

Are you puzzled by computer terminology?

We are happy to try to answer your queries over the phone or by email.
We do not charge for the first hour of advice - 1 hour is generally plenty of time anyway!
If phone calls and/or emails have not solved the problem then we are happy to visit you. It is often easier to get to the root of a problem by being able to examine the PC in question.

We can also provide tuition onsite, over the phone or by email.
We do not charge for the first hour of tuition by phone or email, but we do have to charge if an onsite visit is made.
We charge 30p/mile to cover the cost of travel.
